Shocking service !!! Ordered a bra was informed that due to covid 19 to expect a slight delay. 10 days later no bra received, emails are only responded to by an automated message. Phone number goes through to voicemail. Money taken out of my bank account within a day or two of ordering. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I would have gone elsewhere. Just show a few manners and a modicum of customer service and honour my order PLEASE!!!

Do not order from Poinsettia Style. I ordered a bra on 29 March 2020 to receive the incorrect size. Via email correspondence, I sent a photo of the bra and incorrect size on the label as requested by Vikki. I was sent a postage label to print, and on asking whether I could have a QR code instead as I wasn’t able to print, Vikki said there should be one on the label. I took the parcel to the Post Office, they couldn’t print the postage label provided without a QR code, so I paid for 2nd class delivery and sent a photo of proof of postage to Vikki. I’ve sent emails for updates on either an exchange for the correct size I ordered or a refund, and at the time of writing this 10 September 2020, I don’t believe I’ll receive either after numerous ‘fob off’ replies.

I ordered 2 bras on the 10th September and still not received them, Emails do not work! Tried ringing straight to email! I have had to contact PayPal for them try to get refund for me, Please be aware.

Ordered a bra on 28th May for 34. I haven't heard anything since, it hasn't arrived and I've had no email to confirm dispatch. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. Edited in response: Thank you for refunding me quickly. I have amended the star rating to reflect this. I contacted you in line with your own shipping policy. I waited 7 working days before contacting you when I hadn't had a shipping confirmation (by email with all the relevant information, as the order confirmation directs). I waited for 2 working days, as advised in the automatic response, but didn't hear anything. Email, phone and Fb Messenger didn't work, so unfortunately it took a Google review to get a reply You are not an \awful company\, I redact this, but it's frustrating to follow the guidance given and be met with total radio silence. Obviously you are busy and working very hard during these unprecedented times, so perhaps the communications and shipping policy need amending to reflect this. Best wishes
